Agile Agers is a fitness program designed for people 60-90 years young, that focuses on movement, stability, strength and increasing mobility. 

Agile Agers Fitness Philosophy

  • We focus on movements that will improve quality of life: squats, deadlifts, carrying objects, pushing things – all things you’ll do in real life.
  • We use functional strength programming principles, but we modify things a great deal to ensure safety because that’s key to any great fitness program.
  • We spend a great deal of time on mobility and warm-ups, which often includes core work.
  • We think every person should have a high quality of life and doing basic tasks like getting up out of a chair or off of the ground shouldn’t be something they are concerned with.

Program Details

  • 2 classes per week on Monday’s and Friday’s at 8:30am.
  • Classes are no more than 1 hour long.
  • Program lasts 8 weeks.
  • Suitable for beginners as well as experienced athletes.
  • Cost is $180 per person.
