We will be increasing their strength and self-confidence. The program is suitable for experienced athletes as well as youth who are just discovering the world of health and fitness and would benefit from knowledgeable coaching in a fun and diverse gym.

Your kids will learn to love fitness, nutrition, and will learn good motor patterns for functional movement that will benefit them for a lifetime and create the safest foundation for sports and training programs in their future. 

Program Details

  • 2 classes per week on Monday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30pm.
  • Classes are 1 hour long.
  • Suitable for kids in 5th through 8th grade.
  • Cost is $225 per child.
  • 10% family discount for current members or siblings.
