This is not a membership termination request.

You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly or paid in full membership on hold for any reason. Membership holds are not available during your introductory period of 90 days.

As stated in your membership agreement, you may put your membership on hold in 30-day increments for any reason, for a maximum of three consecutive 30-day increments per calendar year. Membership hold requests are available in 30-, 60-, and 90- day increments. You must request a hold no later than five (5) days before the forthcoming renewal date of your membership. Holds must be requested via this page.

Membership hold dates will follow your normal payment schedule. For example, if your normal payment schedule is the 15th of each month, a requested membership hold will begin on the next occurring 15th of the month. So, if you request a membership hold on June 9 for 30-days, your hold will run June 15 – July 14, with payments resuming on July 15.

Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate, and regular membership payments will resume.

You may not cancel your membership while your membership is on hold. Once your hold has expired, you may cancel your membership if you choose. If you would like to cancel your membership instead of placing it on hold, you may do so via the Membership Cancellation page on our website, linked at the bottom of this page.

If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

Membership holds can only be applied to future dates. Any back-dated holds are against our membership policies. We cannot accept submissions for membership holds with start dates that fall before the submission date of this form.
