One-On-One Training

A great personal trainer helps you build a habit you’ll keep for life. After all, becoming a different person means doing things with you may not be comfortable with at first.

A good personal trainer is part coach, cheerleader, kinesiologist, physicist, and fan.

We’d like to think we know more about building habits and creating workouts that you’ll love than anyone else – we’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. These days, we find ourselves doing a lot of things that others won’t – hey, everyone gets comfortable – and we keep pushing ourselves to find new techniques for our clients. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable. Even our personal trainers coach and train each other. Everyone needs a coach!

What to Expect

Better Results

Less chance of injury and greater results due to personalizing workouts towards each person’s strengths and weaknesses

More Accountability

Greater accountability due to the one-on-one nature of personal training

Build Specific Skillsets

Want to perfect your pull up, conquer a muscle-up or dial in your hand stand push-ups? Private coaching sessions are a great way to focus on and strengthen specific skill sets vital to improving your general CrossFit ability.

Our Personal Training Philosophy

  • We focus on movements that will improve quality of life: squats, deadlifts, carrying objects, pushing things – all things you’ll do in real life.
  • We focus on movement, stability, strength, increasing mobility, and we can modify things to ensure safety because that’s key to any great fitness program.
  • We spend a great deal of time on mobility and warm-ups, which often includes core work.
  • We think every person should have a high quality of life and doing basic tasks like getting up out of a chair or off of the ground shouldn’t be something they are concerned with.
  • We make exercise and training suitable for ages 13-90.

But you heard CrossFit was really hard, right?

You may have heard CrossFit is hard. Or you may have seen the CrossFit Games on TV and thought to yourself, “That’s something I can’t do.” Not trying CrossFit because you saw the CrossFit Games on TV is like not jogging around the block because you watched a marathon at the Olympics.

For every athlete who’s gone to the CrossFit Games, there are 15 people who have used CrossFit to lose 100 pounds or cure their diabetes. Our program uses functional movements that are universally scalable to any level of fitness.
