During pregnancy your body is preparing for what is ultimately the largest physical event it will ever go through: birth. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of information out there to help guide you safely and effectively through this process.
Most Doctors will readily claim that the healthier mom is, the healthier baby is but simply “doing what you have always done” isn’t enough of a guideline nor is “listen to your body”.
You need proper guidance through this journey to help minimize potential risks. You are now training for birth and just because you CAN still do something doesn’t mean you SHOULD.

Postpartum is forever which means that there are considerations to think about during this time as well. Your body has undergone something incredibly remarkable but also extremely taxing. Society has put a lot of pressure on how quick you can get your “pre baby” body back. At Fern Creek CrossFit we help guide you through the postpartum journey and help you make informed decisions.

Prenatal Services
Fern Creek CrossFit Member Rate:
All prenatal services are included as part of the normal Unlimited CrossFit Membership.
Non-Member Rate:
Individual In-Person Consulting Visit – $60, intake consult visit is Free!
Monthly Programming – $120
In-Person Consulting
During each phase of your pregnancy, you will have access to a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach were you will meet at planned intervals to discuss your progress and any concerns you may have as you navigate through your pregnancy.
Daily Movement Notes and Modifications
As an FCCF athlete you will be provided daily and weekly workout notes and modifications. This information will help keep you safe and efficient with the daily class programming. At anytime you can reach out to a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach for additional guidance.
Postnatal Services
Postnatal services consist a 6-week program designed as a precursor to returning to normal fitness activities.
Fern Creek CrossFit Member Rate:
For individuals with current FCCF unlimited memberships on hold, the 6-week program would be $175.
Non-Member Rate:
6-Week Program- $200
6-Week Program
Our (6) week program is designed for mothers 6-12 weeks postnatal. The program is based on 2-3 days activity per week.
- Week 1-2, Education, trouble shooting/assessment. Developing rehabilitation movements, while working toward increased endurance and breathing mechanics
- Week 3-4, Increasing volume and load while continuing rehabilitation movements. Building capacity from the inside with circuits complimentary to daily living.
- Week 5-6, Increased loading while maintaining foundational rehabilitation movements, but progressively adding demand.
This program is available online if you are not able to come into gym some days. The same programming will be translated to in-home use.
