Trent’s Story

Trent is from Bedford, IN. He has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Southern Indiana. During college, Trent played rugby for the Screaming Eagles. He not only played, but was also the President and Captain of the team. After moving to Louisville, he also played for Louisville’s Men’s rugby team for 2 years.

  • A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer
  • Burgener Strength – Weightlifting Level 1
  • American Red Cross CPR/AED Certificate

After college, Trent became an A.C.E. certified personal trainer where he trained hundreds of people ranging from all ages and all different fitness levels. His main 2 areas of expertise were speed and agility training, and weight loss. Trent became the head trainer for a couple different gyms. He also started his own business called M.A.S. (Millers Agility and Speed) training. With that business, he worked with athletes ranging from 8 to 18 years old. During college, Trent acted as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach to the U.S.I’s men’s basketball team. He also did an internship with the University of Evansville’s strength and conditioning department.

Trent found CrossFit during the summer of 2016. With his past knowledge of training and his new love of this awesome sport, Trent received his CrossFit Level 1 certificate. You won’t find someone more positive and passionate about helping his clients reach their goals.
