Movements that you see in our gym
The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
Practice and train major lifts:
Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch.
Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:
Pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
Improve cardio output by:
Biking, running, and rowing.
