On the road or in a hotel and need a CrossFit workout you can do with limited equipment? Here are some of our favorites:

Travel Workout 1

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes of: 

  • 8 Push-ups (odd minutes)
  • 12 Air Squats (even minutes)

Travel Workout 2

For time:

  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Walking Lunges

Travel Workout 3

5 Rounds for time:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Sit-ups

Travel Workout 4

4 Rounds for time:

  • 400 Meter run
  • 25 overhead squats (use a broom stick, dowel or towel)

Travel Workout 5

21-15-9 for time:

  • Push-ups
  • Hollow rocks (or 2 second hollow holds)
  • Jump squats

Are dumbbells available? If so, try these:

Travel Workout 6 with DB’s

15 minute AMRAP:

  • 12 DB Hang Power Cleans and Push Press (50/35)
  • 15 Burpees over DB

Travel Workout 7 with DB’s

21-15-9 for time:

  • DB Thrusters (45/30)
  • Sit-ups

Then, a cash out: 800 Meter run
