Need help with rope climbs? We’ve all been there and it never hurts to get in some extra practice.
First things first:
- Do you feel secure on the rope?
- Do you pull your knees to your elbows?
- Do you need to improve your footwork?

Wrap your rope around the rig to where you can hold onto the pull up bar instead of the rope. You’re able to have more control over your body while hanging from the rig to practice your footwork and pulling your knees up as HIGH AS YOU CAN!! There are plenty of footwork methods you can try.
