Elijah’s Story
Hey! I’m originally from Texas (best country ever!) but moved up to Louisville to attend Southern Seminary and marry my wife Emily!
CrossFit found me and changed my life in 2014 during my time in college. I was training for football and realized that CrossFit was really fun, cool, and made me a better athlete. I’m passionate about movement, and I love people.
With CrossFit I get to see people grow, break ceilings, see lifestyle changes and make people superhuman!
My goal is one day to own my own affiliate wherever the Lord leads me and have a fun place to train with my family!
