What to Expect

Far more than group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Our workouts are different every day; intense, but altered to each participant’s experience level.

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.

There are no shortcuts on the road to success (or fitness in this case) and we believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. CrossFit is an amazing training mechanism if it is applied correctly and Fern Creek CrossFit has perfected the “Art of CrossFit”.

We are a Mayhem Affiliate. That means we follow the exact program CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, TN, has followed for years! We follow 3 weeks behind programming at CrossFit Mayhem.

Each class workout has 3 tiers to provide you daily options when it comes to loading, technical skills, and endurance.
