“Robby joined our community under the cloak of darkness… one morning at 5:30AM he just appeared, a towering figure that instantly became part of the morning crew family. Quick and smart witted, Robby has established himself as a mentor to new members. His ultimate advice, “Don’t do what I do.” In all honesty, Robby has committed himself to becoming a well-rounded athlete that recognizes the benefits of CrossFit and understands the importance of the long game. If you find yourself awake at 5:30AM come join Robby for fun times, witty banter, and some of the best marriage and parenting advice you can find… even though he is not married and has no children! Every now and then, Robby prefers to sleep in, so do not be surprised when he saunters into a noon and afternoon class.”
